OEOOK ships eligible orders from China to destinations shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations. Express shipping, where available, is USD $20. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout after you enter a delivery address.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to destination, customs processing, weather, carrier capacity, or other events outside our control. We will provide tracking information when it is available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and similar charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless they are expressly shown as included at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.
