Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact smzongwang@outlook.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to: Room 507, Ditian E-commerce Industrial Park, Yangxin County, Huangshi City, Hubei Province 435200, China. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly with photos and your order number if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Customized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable, except where required by applicable law.

European Union customers

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right as required by applicable law. This does not affect any additional rights that may apply to you.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund.
